About Me

About Me

Offering a nonjudgmental space and compassion, I use my interest in attachment theory and trauma-informed care to nurture the inner child who lives within all of us.

I believe that people generally have exceptional strength but often fail to recognize it. That's where I come in to give you the tools you need in order to be kinder to yourself.

I chose to help people with sexual health concerns because I want to help people become more sex-positive (if that is their goal) and mindfully aware of their bodies. I find sex to be culturally and societally complex, and I help clients navigate this significant, powerful part of their lives.

I am a Milwaukee-area native and love my friendly Midwest culture and people. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, friends, family, and our dog and cats.

I also am passionate about horseback riding and enjoy hiking, yoga, strength training, dancing, seeing movies, cooking and eating!
